The Guardian reports that Nottingham Forest has lost four points for breaking Premier League finance regulations.
With 21 points, the Premier League team has now fallen into the bottom three and into the relegation zone, below Luton who they are playing next.
Later today, the Premier League is anticipated to make an official announcement as Forest is expected to file an appeal of the ruling.
The club signed an incredible 42 players in four transfer windows and their spending spree in the premier league of England has been carefully documented since they joined.
