2023/24 NWFL Super 6: Rivers Angels In Tough Battle Against Host, Debuting Heartland Get Nasarawa Amazons

Following the successful completion of the 2023/24 Nigeria Women Football League, NWFL Super 6 draws in host state Yenogoa, Bayelsa after a regular season, all participating teams have been drawn against a worthy opponents as qualified teams battle for the enviable championship crown.

The six teams that qualified for the highly anticipated football event include: Rivers Angels FC, Edo Queens FC, Bayelsa Queens, Nasarawa Amazons FC, Confluence Angels FC, Heartland Queens FC.

How six teams were selected: Three teams qualified from both groups, Group A – Nasarawa Amazons, Confluence Queens, Heartland Queens of Owerri who are making their debut while in Group B: Rivers Angels, Edo Queens, Bayelsa Queens made it out.

With a rest day in between each matchday, the NWFL league body allows for rest and recuperation as to enable healthy competition, see full fixtures below:

Each team will play five matches each and it will start tomorrow.
