Heartland Queens are ready to compete in the NWFL Super Six tournament in Bayelsa as Obi Ogbala, their technical adviser, emphasized the accomplishment as a realization of the team’s pre-season goal.

“This is a historic moment for Heartland Queens. We set a goal to qualify for the Super Six, and here we are”, Obi remarked following the successful completion of the draws.

Their opening match will be against Nasarawa Amazons.

“We’re ready to face any team,” declared Obi, emphasizing his aspirations to not only compete but also represent Nigeria internationally.

Obala remained tight-lipped about specific tactics but stressed the team’s youthful exuberance and determination to make their mark.

“They’ll give it their all to go as far as possible and lift the trophy,” he concluded.

Heartland Queens finished the regular season strong, amassing 39 points out of a possible 42, just three points behind their opening opponents, Nasarawa Amazons.
