Iganmu FC Product Izuchukwu Lawrence Joins J-League Side Tokushima Vortis

Lagos based NLO side Iganmu Football has announced the transfer of one of its products, Izuchukwu Lawrence David to Tokushima Vortis in the top tier of the Japanese league.

The club in its official statement stated,”Our player Izuchukwu Lawrence David, has joined J League side Tokushima Vortis through our football elite scholarship programme at Fukuchiyama Seibi high School in Japan.”

Fondly called Izu, the young lad is a fast and tricky, left-footed winger with uncanny skills and abilities to win games for his team.

The club thanked its partners, Fukuchiyama Seibi High School for the opportunity to provide the young lads with education and elite sports training. It can be recalled that Iganmu FC, has in recent years taken over 6 young players from its team to Japan, as part of the programme with its Japanese partners.

The President of Iganmu football club, Abayomi Egbayelo, also acknowledged and thanked all the people and organizations that have been supporting the initiatives of the club, over the years.

“We thank The Creative Championship, (TCC) that created the platform that serve as nurturing process for football career development of these young lads, as well as, our Japanese partners for there unwavering support. And not forgetting everyone that has contributed in one way, or the other, to this success.”
