Breaking: Clean Sweep For Team Nigeria In Women Wrestling

Team Nigeria are wagging tongues in the women freestyle wresting event of the ongoing African Games in Ghana.

The women freestyle wrestlers are in total domination at the games with six gold medals won out of a possible six on Sunday.

Reuben Hannah in the 76KG, Ogunsanya Christiana in the 53KG, Genesis Miesinnei in the 50KG, Oburududu Blessing in the 68KG, Kolawole Esther in the 62KG and Odunayo Adekuoroye in the 57KG all returned with gold medals to put Nigeria at the top of the wrestling rankings.

It is a remarkable achievement for the girls given the shabby preparation they had prior to the event proper in Ghana.
