Real Madrid shot stopper Andriy Lunin has joined the reputable Polaris Sport owned by renowned Portuguese agent Jorge Mendes.
The Ukrainian joins one of the most prestigious football agencies in the world of just when he is having his breakthrough season with Real Madrid.
“Real Madrid goalkeeper Andriy Lunin has now officially signed for Jorge Mendes’ agency Polaris Sport.
Negotiations over new deal to follow with Portuguese agent.” Reports Fabrizio Romano.
Lunin, 25, has played eighteen times for Los Blancos in La Liga while also racking up four appearances in the UCL.
His emergence has been largely down to injuries to first choice goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois and his deputy Kepa Arrizabalaga who has since remained in that position even after his return.
Talks are accelerating over a new contract for the Ukrainian international after Real Madrid made the proposal a few weeks ago.
He joined Real Madrid in 2018 from Zorya Luhansk as a teenager and went on series of loan deals to the Segunda Division before finally getting his chance.
