“For us at Inter Lagos, we are very passionate about football and part of the reason why we decided to start the football club was because we wanted to foster the spirit of sports in Lagos and also help young people who have interest in football groom their talent and also give them the opportunity to have a global platform for them to play,” Tomi explained.

“For the structure, because we are a new club, we are still pretty small, so we are about 6-7 for the core management team, we are still growing”.

“We have fan base and we are leveraging on our personal networks to build and of course, we are building anticipation to when the league eventually start but we are very confident that we have our fans”, Tomi Benson added.

“It’s a similar model to Sporting Lagos but the cat is still in the bag, so we will have to wait till it’s out but we are looking to doing things differently, I mean bringing the spirit of football to life in Lagos”.
