36 Lion Football Club has been approved by the Special Monitoring Mission International Human Rights Commission of the United States of America, Canada and the United Kingdom, Speedysports.ng can confirm.
This was announced by the CEO of the Nigerian club, Alhaji Gafar, in a post on his X handle that said:
“We pride ourselves announcing 36 Lion Football Club’s endorsement with International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) in United Kingdom and North America Region”.
“Our core concept is recruitment of Youth for Football Projects in Africa and it’s Diaspora”.
“The IHRC mission is in tandem with our main target, to keep providing international standard of operation that will be worthy of emulation by other clubs in Nigeria.
“In no far distance we will establish a full fledge academy with a coalition of skilled professionals who will impact technical knowledge on our players for a standard life after football”.
“We appreciate great individuals like Dr. Yewande Okunoren-Oyekenu – Multi National Volunteers Coordinator Special Monitoring Mission International Human Rights Commission United Kingdom and North America Region Faria Farhana LLM, Special Monitoring Mission International Human Rights Commission; Ayoola Oluwafemi – Zonal Volunteers Coordinator, Oklahoma, USA and Mr. Olamide “Ojuinu” Sala.
